Teuchi Soba & French Yanagi

Great place for a soba fix. Restaurant is nicely lit and decorated. Seats were comfortable. Food was good.

Enjoy our hot soba while facing the outside watching snowfall. The deep fry oyster is seasonal item and must order if it’s available, dipping with matcha salt makes it taste so good.

It is difficult for tourists to find delicious food in niseko, otherwise it will be overprice. This shop has a fair price for cold noodles, tempura is a must-eat, and the skin is crispy with fresh ingredients, which is better than many tempura specialty shops!

Nice restaurant, friendly service, english menu available. Both cold and hot soba hit the spot. The grilled duck was priced bit much for what was served, but every other dish set we ordered was well worth it. A very good option if you're not looking to get too full.

As expected, it was the first time in Niseko-international customers, but it was delicious.

Great soba but a bit of a wait. Small tables so coming with a big group, you will most likely be split up.

Lovely soba noodle place just outside of Hirafu. Would recommend the omelette as well as the curry pork noodle dish. If you can, try to sit outside on the deck overlooking the woods: great view and very peaceful. Even in winter the place is quite warm. Would recommend this place for lunch.

The buckwheat noodles are thoroughly washed with water, and they have a very good taste and a good texture. Tempura is voluminous and can be fried quickly. The shopkeeper's personality is also good and recommended. Since holidays are particularly crowded, I think that it would be nice to go out with that.

Its so yummy!!! We tried cold soba during autumn and it taste so good, we bought some wheat tea from them as souveniers.

At lunchtime in late February, we went with three people, but we were able to take a seat without lining up. The product came out without having to wait to order 100% hot soba because it was recommended. It was slightly hard impression, but it was also good. Soba restaurant tea is delicious.

I ate "Ishi-Mame" soba the day before,I didn't feel it was so delicious.The maitake tempura was delicious.There are few types of bakeries on the same site,It was delicious!

Delicious soba with the perfect atmosphere overlooking the snowy forest. Tendon is also available for those who prefer to have rice which was great for my younger son who is a picky eater (but loves anything with prawns!) If you take the shuttle/bus, stop at the Yamada Junction bus stop, the large red building on your right is Ichimura. You will not miss it. This is a must eat if you are in Niseko. A pity they don't serve dinner, would have loved to go again.

I got 100% buckwheat noodles.The buckwheat was fragrant and had a moist surface with black grains and white protrusions, and had a nice texture, a firm texture and a refreshing crispness, and it was very delicious.The soup was soy sauce on the front, and it had a good balance with the stock. There are many delicious soba and noodles around Niseko and Kutchan. Only this shop or the Kyogoku farmer's soba shop says. Makakari and Hirafu's commitment and atmosphere-oriented shops will probably never go anymore.

Make sure you order the COLD soba. It's chewy and much nicer than the hot one.Unless you really like soft texture...
